850 years of experience, dedication and loyalty

In 2025, 46 employees celebrated a special company anniversary at the IMO Group in Königsbach-Stein. These employees have been with the company for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 and even 35 years, adding up to an impressive total of 850 years of loyalty.

IMO Managing Director Bernd Müller personally congratulated everyone in their respective anniversary month and honoured them for their loyalty to the company. ‘We are delighted to be able to honour three colleagues this year who have been with the company for 35 years’, he reports. The three anniversary celebrants, Mariusz Rycombel, Mario Fiasco and Piotr Gasch, have been working in reel-to-reel plating since 1990 and are therefore established members of the IMO team.

At the end of the year, the anniversary celebrants were invited to a joint celebration. The management once again expressed its gratitude to the large group for their many years of loyalty to the company and praised the commitment that each of the honourees brings to their work every day.

‘Qualified and satisfied employees with extensive experience are the cornerstones of a successful company’, emphasises Managing Director Thomas P. Henle. ‘It gives us particular pleasure to be able to thank so many employees for their loyalty this year’, adds Bernd Müller in his speech.
