Many years of intensive in-house research have been invested in developing reliable plating processes that meet the individual requirements of our customers as well as industry standards. Flexibly designed processes allow us to plate even tiny, super sensitive parts as bulk goods or rack goods.In these plants cost-effective and careful plating is available from job lots to large scale single-parts batches of a weight of up to 200 kg, whilst at the same time ensuring best possible process safety.
Stamped, turned, milled and laser cut parts are plated all-over or selectively in our state-of-the-art facilities, each according to its individual specific intended purpose. Owing to high capacity and high throughput we are able to react fast and flexibly to our customer’s desired delivery dates.
We plate precision parts with gold, silver, palladium, nickel, IMOloy, white bronze, copper and tin.

The fully automatic bulk material machine is suitable for plating many different types of single-parts as it comprises a great variety of drum types and treatment options that meet the individual requirements of each single-part.
The parts to be plated are positioned individually on racks and electroplated according to specifications.
Super sensitive small parts that get caught, deform or stick together in the drum are finished in the Vibrobot. This method involves moving the parts carefully with the help of vibration inside a basket. Additionally, this method also provides greatly improved distribution of electroplated layers.
This special method is available for ultra-precise finishing of single-parts as well as sample strips. Compared with drum plating, this method allows great savings of precious metals.
