Am Montag 26.07.2021 überreichte Armin Müller aus der IMO-Geschäftsleitung 120 Sets bestehend aus Hausaufgabenheften und Kugelschreibern an die Kin-der der Waldschule in Pforzheim-Büchenbronn.
„Die Kinder aus Klasse 1 bis 4 haben sich riesig gefreut“, sagt Sebastian Fennig, Schichtleiter in der IMO-Bandgalvanik, dessen Frau seit zwei Jahren als Betreuerin im Hort der Schule tätig ist. Als kleine Überraschung hatte er noch einen Schokoriegel für jedes Kind dazu gepackt.
„Nachdem klar war, dass Bedarf besteht, haben wir die Übergabe noch kurz vor den Ferien organisiert“, berichtet Armin Müller. So hat nach den Ferien keiner mehr eine Ausrede für vergessene Hausaufgaben.

When a group of pupils, kitted out in wellies and armed with landing nets, are out and about in the Kämpfelbach in the Allmendwiesen, it means the Ökomobil is visiting IMO once again. Pupils from the Heynlin School had the opportunity to explore the ‘stream’ habitat under the guidance of biologist Juliane Zimmermann.
In mid-June, the stamping industry gathered in Pforzheim for the eighth time. More than 130 exhibitors showcased their products, solutions and services across an area of around 4,000 m². At the IMO stand, we used the three days of the trade fair to engage in in-depth and personal discussions with our customers.
On the nationwide Girls’ Day 2026, we at IMO also opened our doors to interested female students and gave them the opportunity to get an up-close look at our company and the world of work — in our case, the profession of surface coater.
