In October, we will have our own stand at three apprenticeship fairs in the Enz district. Our trainers and apprentices will talk about their everyday working lives and will be available for discussions and questions. We look forward to exciting conversations with the skilled workers of tomorrow!
With the aim of opening up new perspectives for trainees, nine companies in the Enzkreis district have joined forces in the ‘Trainee meets trainee’ project. In groups of three companies each, the participants were able to gain exciting insights into other apprenticeship professions and companies. Five trainees from IMO Oberflächentechnik GmbH were right in the thick of things.
